Everything, including our bodies, are in constant vibrational motion. Join us for an hour of sound healing using various instruments that provide frequencies which invite your cells into resonance and balance. You will be invited to relax as you bathe in the frequencies from Crystal and Tibetan healing bowls, soft drum beats, percussion and other healing tools. Dress comfortably.
