Allow authenticity of feeling as you experience every moment
Live simply by allowing yourself the authenticity of feeling as you experience every moment. Wisdom and connection come with the feeling state we allow for in what is happening in each moment. Sometimes, those feelings can be overwhelming, especially with all the suffering in the world. Though most of us have not been taught how to be with our feelings, we have been learning. Our mind will try to complicate our involvement, but trying to make meaning of everything we encounter in life just serves to over-activate the role of the mind. By just observing (being aware of) our feelings, we integrate the wisdom that naturally comes with whatever we learn through experience. We don’t have to make meaning from everything. We only need to allow what is. The choices we make in each moment can come from our infinitely wise Self when we let our mind get out of the way.

Take a moment to breathe in whatever truth you can accept about this statement and the freedom that can come from it. Close your eyes and feel the connection to your experiences and feelings. Let your mind repeat the mantra of, “Faith, Hope and Love” — whatever meaning these words may have for you. Let this mantra deepen in your heart. Ask for help from the Universe or, if you like, from the angels and guides. They will give you assistance if you ask.
Find some time to share your feelings with a friend or partner. Make a commitment to talk to someone on a regular basis so you can tell your stories, get the attention you need or just have someone see you!
