Being a parent can be isolating and exhausting — even when we’re not facing a global pandemic. Give yourself the gift of nurturing yourself! This 8-week healing circle, facilitated by an experienced child and family therapist, offers space to get grounded, share experiences in community, and gain tools to nurture yourself. Our goal: to help you show up fully for yourself and your family, no matter what comes your way.
Each week, you’ll enjoy:
Time to check in with yourself and other parents
Meditation
Physical movement
Energy healing exercises
Practical tools for stress management at home
Themes will include finding joy and creativity in daily life, building confidence, and self-appreciation.
The circle is open to parents of children of all ages and will be hosted via Zoom. Zoom fatigue? No problem. Feel free to turn off the camera and join by audio, or simply call in. Kids welcome!
Schedule: Sundays, January 24 through March 14, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. EST.
