Meditation can seem intimidating at first - but there are many more ways to practice than we think. This lunchtime session is a low-key way to explore some of the many facets of “mindful” experience — and actually make time to practice!
Use your lunch break to refresh yourself by finding mindfulness techniques that work for you. Zoomed out? Feel free to join via audio only.
This class is for beginners and anyone who has wanted to revisit or deepen their meditation practice.
