Energy Clearing 101: How To Cleanse and Protect Physical and Digital Space

Inner-Source-Imagining-Clearing-101.jpg

What lies beyond the smudge? Learn the underlying principles behind "clearing" practices to bring calm and clarity at home and at work.

You may already use energetic cleansing (also known as “clearing”) practices such as burning sage to “smudge” your space. But how does clearing work? Did you know that it is useful to also energetically “fill” your space after clearing? This workshop explores the history, energy, and sensations of “clearing” to help you build complete practices that provide you with calm and clarity anywhere you go.

This workshop will:

  • Discuss origins of “clearing” in spiritual practices around the world

  • Share and explore underlying energetic principles of clearing

  • Discuss which clearing practices are culturally and personally relevant to you

  • Practice clearing techniques for self, home, and online spaces

Activities may include:

  • Meditation

  • Physical movement

  • Short lecture

  • Group discussion

  • Clearing practice

Cost: $38

Location: Online
